Academics K-8
School Faculty
We are blessed to have highly qualified instructors at our school. Qualified, Christian teachers see their students as blessings from the Lord and their time in the classroom as an opportunity to serve their Savior while serving their students.
Throughout the day, students see faith in action as it’s displayed by their teacher’s words, actions, attitudes and even discipline. With a schoolwide student to teacher ratio of 15-1, teachers can give individual attention to students and develop a strong relationship between the home and school. We believe that this partnership is vital to provide a quality Christian education.
Curriculum
Grace Lutheran School exists to provide a Christ-centered, personal, high-quality education for the families of our congregation and community where students develop their God-given abilities and grow as disciples of Jesus.
Each year, the teaching staff reviews each subject area and makes adjustments to better align instruction with overall curricular goals. Additionally, Grace follows a regular review of its school-wide curriculum. This is called a curriculum study cycle.
Grace Lutheran School’s curriculum is aligned to state and national standards. Additionally, as a private school, we have the unique ability to infuse our curriculum with Christian values and align our instruction to the truth of God’s Word.
At Grace, God’s Word is a part of all subject areas. We encourage every child to build for the future with his or her own God-given talents, reminding them that all things are done to the glory of the Lord.
