Grace strives to be the kind of congregation that our Lord desires us to be; teachings firmly grounded in Holy Scripture and lives which reflect our undying love for the Savior both in our worship of Him and in our love for and service to one another. Our goal is to share the changeless love of Christ with people everywhere who are seeking hope and meaning in a rapidly changing world. The members of Grace are not perfect...just forgiven. We would love to share with you the good news of God's love for imperfect people.

Excavating Update - The person who is doing the excavating was too busy to get to us last week. He isn't sure when he will be able to get over here now. We are in the process of contacting him to get a confirmed date, so we can get this done prior to school starting.

Grace Lutheran Congregation

Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church was founded in 1882, and is one of several churches in Oshkosh belonging to the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).

We offer family worship, a Sunday School, a Lutheran Elementary School, a Christian High School education as members of the Winnebago Lutheran Academy Association as well as Bible study and enrichment opportunities for our adults so that our family here might be nurtured in the Word of our Lord.  Many service opportunities are also available to all ages.

Evangelical comes from the Greek word, evangel, which means good news. God's message of salvation is certainly good news that we want to share! More information on WELS and its profession of faith is found in the pamphlet, This We Believe, which is available from the pastors or church office.
